Jade Bird Huaguang is a PRD (production, researching
and development) center of embedded system and communication
products and also a supply base of broadband network
technologies and equipments. The workshop of the company
is 24,000 square meters, which was funded in the High
& New Technology Development Zone of Weifang City.
It is static-prevented, dustproof and equipped with
the advanced product lines for surface mounting treatment
of components, air-flow and wave-soldering and debugging.
The assembly method of the circuit boards changes
from through-hole board assembly to SMT is a trend
of the electronic assembly technologies’ development.
We spent a huge amount of money in buying the advanced
facilities from the world-class companies. For example,
we bought one multi-function, high-precision mounting
machine—Siplace80F4 and one high-speed mounting
machine-Siplace HS-50 from SIEMENS. And some of our
technical staff acquired the operation and maintenance
training of it.
